ResponsibilitiesPerform grounds maintenance duties per set schedules, requirements, and standards to include: Mow all improved grounds to look well-manicuredEdge sidewalks, driveways, street edges, curbs, parking lots, and other hard surfaced areas located within the improved groundsTrim areas not accessible to mowersRemove debris to include general litter patrol and natural debrisPolice ground in order to maintain a neat and professional appearanceMaintain desert landscape in a clean and neat
