Direct Care Staff
Seeking a Direct Care Staff to assist individuals with developmental disabilities (DD).
Works under the specific supervision of the assigned supervisor or Coordinator. Has no supervisory responsibilities. Works as direct care staff performing assigned duties. Work hours are assigned by the designated supervisor but are flexible to meet the needs of the individuals served. Exposure to communicable diseases may be high. This position requires the individual to speak, read, and write at a level which allows effective communication with others. The position has the following physical requirements: full vision or correctable vision (glasses or contacts); correctable hearing loss; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; full finger, wrist, arm, shoulder, foot, leg and waist movements.
Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Able to read and write
• Current Driver’s License
• Able to travel unassisted
• Drug and Alcohol free
• Desired Qualifications: Computer/typing experience
