Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 
40% - Workflow Testing and Documentation
 

  • Test workflows that are developed ensuring all routes of the workflow are functioning as expected and report any errors to workflow personnel.
  • Prepare training documentation for each workflow developed in cooperation with the Project Manager.
  • Perform weekly rate changes by established deadlines
  • Complete workflow training and train with workflow staff on workflow development.
 
30% - Image Monitoring and Management
 
  • Monitor software that integrates with the banks imaging software
  • Ensure all integrations are operating as expected and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Monitor the image indexing queue and clear any open indexing items in a timely manner.
  • Transfer documents from loan software to imaging software by deadlines established
  • Complete image administrator training and work with data management staff to train to perform updates/changes to the imaging system.
 
                        20% - Report Delivery Monitoring and Management
  • Monitor scheduled reports on a daily basis
  • Update report dates on files within the share file
  • Troubleshoot and resolve report delivery issues and notify departments of issue resolution efforts
 
                        10% - Customer Service and Other Duties as Assigned
 
  • Provide excellent customer service to bank staff
  • Monitor and update tickets in a timely and thorough manner
  • Responsible for coordinating/perform staff training on new programs or updates
