🚨 We’re Hiring: Office Administrator
📍 Hobbs Chamber of Commerce, Inc. – Hobbs, NM
🕒 Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
💰 $15.92–$21.63/hour (based on experience)

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a reliable Office Administrator to join our team and keep our office running smoothly!

What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage daily office operations (scheduling, filing, communications)
✅ Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and vendors
✅ Support internal teams and ensure smooth workflow
✅ Handle basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience a plus)
✅ Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
✅ Assist with special events (occasional weekend availability required)
✅ Prepare and send out our membership newsletter

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 2+ years of office administration experience
🔹 Strong written and verbal communication skills
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office
🔹 Basic accounting knowledge
🔹 Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
🔹 High school diploma or equivalent required
