Financial Assistant (Part time)

CEHMM is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that offers a wide variety of environmental services to clients throughout southern New Mexico, our finance department supports the entire organization including our offices in Carlsbad and our District II office in Milnesand, NM. CEHMM is seeking a part-time Financial Assistant, the successful applicant must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent, and have a minimum of five years’ experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable or payroll.  Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office software.  Applicant must have knowledge of accounting and general bookkeeping principles, inventory control procedures, be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, possess good communication skills and be a competent multi-tasker.   Salary range $18.00-$23.00 per hour DOE.
